The Untamed Library: Terms of Use

1. Who we are
The Untamed Library is offered by Self Consult VOF, [address], [VAT number], Belgium ("we"). The voice notes are recorded by Isabelle Ulenaers, psychologist, registered with the Belgian Psychologencommissie under number 822106662. Contact: hello@isabelleulenaers.com.
2. What you get
Access to a private online library of Isabelle's voice-note answers to real questions from women going through a divorce, for as long as your purchase gives you access. We add new voice notes over time. We may change, move or take out voice notes.
3. Just for you
Your access is personal. Do not share your login or private link with anyone. Do not download, record, copy, share, publish or sell the voice notes or the texts, in full or in part, and do not use them to train software or AI. Everything in the library belongs to Self Consult VOF and Isabelle Ulenaers. If we see that access is shared or content is copied, we may close your access without refund.
4. Not therapy, not advice for your case
The voice notes were recorded as answers to other women's questions. They are general information and do not replace your own therapist, doctor, lawyer or mediator. Listening does not create a therapist-client relationship. Nothing in the library is legal or financial advice.
5. Not for emergencies
The library is not a crisis service. If you or a child are in danger, or you think about hurting yourself, call your local emergency number or a crisis line in your country right away.
6. Everyone stays anonymous
The questions come from real women. They are rewritten so nobody can be recognised. Some voice notes start with a first name: this does not tell you who she is. Do not try to find out who someone is, and do not share anything you think you recognise.
7. The search
When you type what is going on, a computer program matches your words to the voice notes in the library. It does not give advice and it is not a person reading along. Do not type names, addresses or other details that could identify you or others.
8. Payment, refunds and end of access
Price, payment and refunds follow the conditions on the checkout page and in our general Terms [link]. When a subscription stops or a payment is refunded, access to the library ends.
9. Privacy
We keep your email address, when you accepted these terms, which voice notes you saved and where you stopped listening, so the library works for you. What you type in the search is stored without your name or email, so we can see which questions are missing in the library. We use trusted service providers to run the app, store the data and send emails. You can ask to see or delete your data at hello@isabelleulenaers.com. More in our privacy policy: [link].
10. Liability
We do our best to keep the library online and correct, but cannot promise it will always work. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on what you hear. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer.
11. Changes
We may change these terms. When we do, we ask you to agree again at your next login.
12. Law
Belgian law applies. [Court as in your general Terms].
